Bloody technology...

Ok, so last week I came into some money- £100 from the mentoring project I did a couple of months back. So I decided to finally treat myself to an MP3 player.

Headed up to Meadowhall with Andy on Friday where we wandered round, him for clothing (I got him into combats- yay!) and me for the afore mentioned technology. Was fun actually, which meant I forgave him for being an hour late meeting me. (Typical bloke- overslept.)

Found a 1GB player in Dixons. It's made by Logik, who I've never heard of but hey- it looked decent. Got it home and spent two hours trying to figure out the crap instructions. At the end I could put downloaded MP3's onto it no problem, but uploading CDs? Nope.

So yesterday got Andy round and he showed me how to upload CDs onto my computer and I can now get them onto the MP3 player. But the sodding thing will register the WMA files, but refuses to play them at all. Won't even play a second! So- I'm gonna mess around for a bit (any suggestions will be apprechiated!) try dowloading the latest media player, see about converting files to MP3 (how???) and stuff. If that doesn't work, then I'm going back to Dixons and getting someone to talk to me or give me a better one. There's no Logik website or helpline, so I can't even e-mail or ring them.

*Sigh*

16. Best On-screen Chemistry? Buffy and spike, although I didn't like their relationship.
17. Least Favourite Character? I didn't like Faith until Seris 7. Hated Kennedy, but then I was a Tara fan, so that was obviously gonna happen.
18. Best/Sexiest Kiss? I don't think any were really sexy.
19. Favourite Scene? From the episode Fear Itself:
Giles: Xander don't taunt the Fear demon.
Xander: Why- can it hurt me?
Giles No- it's just... tacky.

And any of the Spike flashback scenes are great.
20. Worst Episode? There isn't one I really havn't liked, but I got so bored of seeing Go Fish.
